Are there any instructions for use?
Start your show with one click of the remote control!
An instruction sheet also explains safety precautions and other special functions such as; manual mode, soundtrack selection, range validation, and more.
How can you choose the soundtrack if the remote control only has one button?
The button must be held for three seconds to start the show. A triple click accesses the soundtrack selection menu. From there, your number of successive clicks will dictate your chosen number. An audible and visual confirmation immediately confirms your choice. You can turn off the module and it will remember your choice. See all the details in the instructions provided.
Why does the description of each show display a list of songs?
The numbered list of songs indicates that you can select (after receiving your purchase) one of these songs as a synchronization program. You can also specify your choice of song after the payment step (via the consent form that will be sent to you by email). Thus the show box will be delivered to you with your chosen program. And you will still be able to change programs by following the instructions provided if necessary.
Why can't I see fireworks in the soundtrack videos?
The soundtrack videos are just for playing the music. The video frame is left black so it doesn't light up your view while you watch the show in real life.
Can I receive a show box already programmed on one of the available soundtracks?
Yes, simply indicate your choice of soundtrack in the space provided for this purpose, in the consent form which will be sent to you following payment of your purchase.
What is the consent form?
Following your purchase, a short online form will be sent to you. This must be completed as it allows, among other things, to confirm that you are over 18 years old, and that you agree to comply with the instructions for use.
Can I sync to another song that is not part of a show's setlist?
You can synchronize with any piece of music yourself according to certain constraints:
Using programs 1 or 2 will make the lights visible at 5 seconds after the song starts. You can then determine the exact time to start so that it ends at the same time as the song ends.
You can also use program 3 (manual mode)
It is also possible to deliver a show box synchronized to your choice of soundtrack. Simply add the product 'Custom Programming' to your order.
What are the delivery times?
Most show boxes ship for free within 3-5 business days. At the checkout stage, a faster shipping option is also available. Also, if you order four weeks in advance, you can enjoy an additional 5% discount. Use promo code: pre-order
Why are our prices so competitive?
Our show boxes are equipped with a miniature and optimized primer module which represents only barely 5% of the cost of the show.
What is manual mode for?
Manual mode allows you to fire the groups of fireworks that make up the show one by one. Each group typically has 7 to 25 shots and lasts 12 to 30 seconds. Once a group has been fired, you must press the remote again to fire the next group. More details in the instructions provided.
